All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of 20% of the service cost.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to avoid delaying subsequent clients. The full service fee will still apply.

Personal Data: To provide high-quality services, we collect personal information such as your name, contact details, and relevant medical/treatment history.

Consent: By providing your information, you explicitly consent to The Nail Town storing and processing your data for service delivery, safety (patch testing), and internal record-keeping.

Marketing: We will only send marketing communications (newsletters, promotions) if you have opted in. You may opt out at any time.

Protection of Business Assets and Database

Intellectual Property: All content on our website, branding, and proprietary treatment methods are the exclusive property of The Nail Town. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Database Integrity: Our client database is a confidential business asset. Any unauthorized attempt to access, download, or distribute client data is a breach of these terms and may result in legal action.

Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Personal Belongings: The Nail Town is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items brought into the salon.

Health & Safety Clients must disclose any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to treatment. We are not liable for adverse reactions if information was withheld.

Prices for services are subject to change.

We accept Cash/Card/Contactless

Payments must be settled in full at the time of service.

After your treatment payment, We offer retreat and no refund

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
